RFT Title: Administration Building Mechanical Plant Upgrade
Scope: Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms to upgrade the Administration Building Mechanical Plant to enhance the functionality, sustainability, and overall quality of the Administrative Building's mechanical plant system. This project is designed to address critical issues related to the building's main mechanical plant, namely the chiller and cooling towers and functionality. Key project objectives include completing design load calculations, design, verifying loading and sizing of required replacement equipment and undertaking the installation of a new chiller and cooling tower. During the changeover of plant, minimizing operational disruptions will be essential and may be required to be undertaken out of normal working hours.

Tenders must be submitted electronically, though some may have the option for a manual submission.Electronic submissions should be clearly identified and lodged via Tenders.net by the closing date and time. Tenders may not be submitted by email or verbally.
