Phones not working

20 Dec 2016 - 2pm: Randwick City Council's phone system is back up and running. We apologise for the intermittent service. 

20 Dec 2016 - 1.20pm:  Incoming and outgoing calls to Randwick City Council are not working. Our phone provider has been notified again and we are working to rectify the situation quickly.

20 Dec 2016 - 12.20pm:  Randwick City Council's phone system is back up and running.  We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue.

20 Dec 2016 - 11.15am: Incoming and outgoing calls to Randwick City Council are not working. Our phone provider advises that they are experiencing a hardware infrastructure fault within their network and their engineering teams are working to fix the problem.

20 Dec 2016 - 10am: Incoming and outgoing calls to Randwick City Council are currently not working. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience while we work with our supplier to fix the problem urgently. The issue is currently affecting multiple business customers across Australia.
