- Workout with a friend or in a group – like a class
- Add your workouts to your calendar and set reminders
- Try a new class to build your exercise excitement
- Make healthy warming, nutritious foods
- Focus on the mental health benefits
- Make a new playlist
- Make manageable commitments – even if it’s 10min a day
- Reward yourself and recover with self-care
