Membership of Randwick City Library is free; however, there are some small fees for lost or damaged items and additional services. Our fees are detailed below:

Damaged/Lost Item Penalties or Replacement Charges
In the event of a borrower refusing to pay any of the charges outlined below, their membership shall be withdrawn.
